This role is based full-time in Kirkland, Washington and we are happy to help new folks relocate to this wonderful, tech-savvy city!

The Manager of Business Planning will play a critical and leading role in the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) offense at Wyze. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining financial planning processes that create direct links to the company’s strategic priorities and will connect dots across the entire enterprise. A Look Inside the Role:
- Perform monthly and quarterly analysis on key drivers of revenue, gross margin, and SG&A; identify drivers to variances and assess risks and opportunities in forward-looking projections.
- Analyze complex financial and operational data to provide insightful recommendations to business partners; foster proactive communication across the organization’s functions through a partnership with Wyze’s Business Intelligence & Analytics team.
- Develop planning/forecast models and assist in the development of the long-term projections, annual budget, and in-year forecasts.
- Develop reports as part of the financial toolkit to provide improved visibility for business partners and executives.
- Drive insight through robust financial models to support business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related area.
- 5+ years of proven experience in FP&A.
- Analytical and quick learner with demonstrated problem-solving skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Experience building and managing Excel models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and decision support.
- Experience building, leading, and executing financial processes and structures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or similar qualification is a plus.
- Advanced user of Excel. Experience with Power Query and Power Pivot.
- Industry experience in e-commerce, consumer technology, distribution, retail, etc.
