Seeking a healthcare industry employee that has experience as a Caregiver | Certified Nursing Assistant CNA | Home Health Aide HHA

Responsibilities and Duties

• Personal Care Attendants provide service to individuals in their own homes and communities, who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability and/or other infliction's.
• Assistance includes: bathing, exercising, meal planning and preparation, dressing, positioning, transferring/ambulating, feeding, companionship, housekeeping/laundry, personal hygiene/grooming, transportation, shopping/errands/outings, toileting, incontinence care, and ensuring client safety.
• Personal Care Attendants are responsible for ensuring that service is delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies and industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills

You MUST be reliable, dependable and meet all hiring requirements.

All candidates must be able to:

• Be registered with the CA Department of Social Services (CDSS).
• Pass a Live Scan fingerprint background check.
• Have a reliable vehicle and driver's license.
• Have a current negative TB test, or will be able to obtain one.
• Be able to drive client's in your own vehicle or the client's vehicle.
• Must have minimum auto liability insurance.
• Have 2 years agency experience.
• Must have excellent references.
