Maintenance Technician/Houseman

Leading local hotel chain is looking for a qualified candidate to become our Maintenance Tech/Houseman.

Qualified candidates MUST have at least (1) year of maintenance tech experience in the areas of drywall installation, basic plumbing, carpentry, AC maintenance and electrical work.

In addition to maintenance tech duties, candidate will be responsible for groundskeeping, trash removal and when necessary assist with some housekeeping duties.stripping rooms, laundry, etc.

We offer a competitive wage of between $11-$18 an hour based on experience.
