Maintenance Technician/Assistant

Maintenance Duties and responsibilities: Repair as directed any maintenance projects for common elements of work orders. Replace leaking valves/faucets/drains in domestic water and sewer lines. Replace switches/circuit/bulbs in Association lines and equipment. Repair/replace rollers, track, hinges, frames and locks in internal/external doors of the Association common elements.

Paint/touch up walls, ceilings, floors etc. Wood replacement, drywall patches and repairs. Other duties to include carpet cleaning, power washing of balconies, walkways and general upkeep of common areas. Any other duties as needed.
