Huber Real Estate is looking for a Maintenance Technician with some experience in performing minor/intermediate to advanced maintenance work and/or remodel projects on commercial and residential properties. The position also requires the employee to be flexible for other seasonal duties, such as snow plowing and snow shoveling during the winter months, maintaining landscapes during the spring through fall months and minor/intermediate level irrigation repairs during the watering seasons. Prospective employee should have an in-depth knowledge of Washington State’s Landlord Tenant Act and be able to demonstrate that knowledge. Description:

Full-Time employee assigned the task of performing entry level to intermediate maintenance work within the Huber Real Estate Maintenance Division

Duties:

Maintenance Technician is a mostly field based position within the realm of maintenance and general contract work. Additional seasonal duties may be required.

Receive and complete maintenance work orders as assigned in order to ensure residential and commercial property rentability.

Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree or Two years of equivalent maintenance experience

Knowledge and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, mechanical tools, power tools and mechanical equipment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Experience using Microsoft Office

Other technology based skilled preferred

Valid Driver’s License issued from any state

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
