As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Performing routine maintenance repairs (finishing work, painting, and grounds keeping)
• Handling light construction, electrical, and plumbing repairs
• Working indoors and out; in all weather conditions depending on the needs of the job
• Wearing personal protective equipment when needed because safety is a must

Education/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years’ experience in building maintenance
• Knowledge of light electrical and plumbing repair
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance preferred
• Flexible to work on-call, evening, and weekend hours
• Computer proficient
• May be asked to bring your own tools with you on the job
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 75-100 pounds
• Access to own vehicle along with valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and auto insurance
