Job Description

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining production equipment. This is a technical role suitable for those who are flexible, value teamwork and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Maintains a clean and safe work area. Wears required Personal Protective Equipment. Performs duties in a safe manner and observes approved safety procedures. Communicates potential hazards immediately to supervisor.
  • Work productively and cooperatively with others while maintaining clear communication.
  • Troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs, and maintains production equipment
  • Responsible for proper Preventative Maintenance on equipment
  • Perform adjustments, alignments and calibrations on equipment
  • Responsible for mentoring other maintenance personnel, including assisting with training and developing future technicians.
  • Give support to outside contractors working in our facility
  • Available for emergency call-in 24 hours / 7 days a week

Below are the minimum requirements of the education, experience, knowledge, and skills required to competently perform in this position.   • Regular attendance
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum of (3) years of relevant experience working as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial environment
  • Injection machine and blow mold experience preferred (Husky, Nissei and Sidel)
  • Knowledge of compressors, chillers, cooling towers, and pumps
  • Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Ability to weld and use cutting torch
  • Ability to use lathe, drill press, and grinder
