Maintenance Technician

LOCATION: Avenues at Shadow Creek Ranch- Pearland, TX

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Completing resident work orders in a timely manner.
• Completing all make-readies consistent with company standards, in a timely, professional manner.
• Must have the ability to be on-call (in a team rotation).

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• A minimum of 1 year as a maintenance technician
• HVAC Certification Required: Type I, II, or EPA Universal
