Job Description
Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide facility maintenance support to agency physical structures for facilities throughout PBMHR coverage counties. Position may be based in incumbent's county of residence, depending on location.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Electrical, plumbing, A/C and heating
- Building maintenance experience required, industrial preferred.
- Ability to coordinate and maintain services with contracted vendors.
- Ability and knowledge to repair physical structure (painting, light bulbs).
- Ability to plan and recommend repairs or replacements of carpet, furniture, furnishings, etc.
- Ability to follow proper procedure and timely manner for needed contracted services.
- Ability to ensure proper operations and maintenance of ground sprinkler system, including time regulation.
- Ability to provide feedback to facility coordinators and supervisor.
