Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced maintenance tech at our beautiful Charlotte NC Property. Our company has branched into the South East region and we are looking to fill our open position with the best experienced and motivated staff there is. We are located just southeast of downtown Charlotte. This is a small 84 unit property nestled in a residential neighborhood and we need someone that will care for the property like they own it. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
