POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician III to join our team! This candidate is self-motivated, can support and promote a team atmosphere.

JOB STATUS – Full-time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Mentor and train maintenance staff on a variety of technical subjects
• Lead troubleshooting of complex issues
• Provide feedback to Planner on preventative maintenance tasks and schedules
• Suggest and implement corrective actions for equipment failures
• Perform facility rounds, fixing or reporting issues when found
• Provide backup to supervisor when needed
• Periodic weekend supervision

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES

• Broad and deep knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Very strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to complete repairs and projects with little to no supervision

QUALIFICATIONS

• Some HVAC/Hydronic experience preferred
• 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience required
