Our TownePlace Suites Sacramento Cal Expo is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and independent-working Leader to run the Maintenance Department with expectations to maintain the property up to brand standards and Owner expectations. As part of the property team you will help us craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns! The best candidate for this position has various experience in physical operation of the hotel including guestrooms, building structures, fixtures, refrigeration, heating, ventilation/air conditioning, plumbing, water treatment, electrical systems & grounds and will work hand in hand with the General Manager.

Responsibilities will include: developing the team, assist in budgeted needs of the maintenance department, developing sustainability programs, assistance in execution of the annual CapEX plans, and management of preventative maintenance program. Also, will ensure all SOPs are being utilized and Safety Standards are upheld.

3 years previous Hotel Maintenance Experience requested

Trade Certifications are highly preferred

Excellent Guest Service, Computer and Communication Skills are required via verbal, written and electronic means.
