Responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities at one site or a portfolio of sites. Improves and standardizes quality of services and products used in the maintenance of properties. Provides technical direction to property associates. Standardizes diagnostic approaches for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance routines. This opportunity is to manage two newly constructed buildings. An employee apartment home is included in the package.
Incumbent must have a High School Diploma/GED, Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certification (types I and II) or obtained within six months of start date and three years of maintenance or construction experience with two years of experience in a managerial role.
