Maintenance Person

Overview: Evergreen has an opportunity for a Maintenance Person to join its team!

Evergreen is a Christian, non-profit senior living organization serving older adults ages 55 and better. Located in a pleasant residential neighborhood in Oshkosh, Evergreen offers many options to meet unique needs on 35 acres of land.

• Three styles of independent living accommodations
• Two levels of assisted living plus memory care
• Short-term rehabilitation and post-surgical care
• Long-term skilled nursing
• Evergreen At Home personal care and homemaker services

We are home to almost 250 residents, and also a destination for families, community members, volunteers, non-profit groups and other visitors.

Working hours will be Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm. This position is apart of a 5-6 week on-call rotation that includes weekends and holidays.

As a Maintenance Person you will:

• Perform routine and unscheduled maintenance/repairs for lighting fixtures, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Responsible for completing maintenance work requests.
• Painting as needed.
• Provide building on-call services on a scheduled rotational basis, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:

• Valid State of Wisconsin driver license.
• Previous experience with providing maintenance to lighting fixtures, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
