Maintenance Multi-Craftsman

Recleim, LLC is the next generation of recycling. Our proprietary recycling process recovers appliances, HVAC equipment and vending machines. Our next generation recycling methods take aging and end-of-Life appliances and reduce them to very small pellets of sorted materials. We are expanding and seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanics.
Position Summary:The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic performs preventative maintenance tasks for plant operations, including completion of all related documentation. The Maintenance Mechanic will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and Plant Manager in planning and execution of regular maintenance as well as emergency and regular repairs. Adhering to company procedures and safety requirements including OSHA.
Essential Functions:

• Safety is number one priority.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair electronic and mechanic equipment and components.
• Maintain/troubleshoot and repair hydraulic/pneumatic and conveyor equipment.
• Maintain pumps.
• Perform pipe fitting tasks.
• Perform millwright tasks.
• Troubleshoot/repair electrical equipment 480V.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• PLC Allen-Bradley Preferred.

Skills:

• Welding, (stick, mig and tig).
• Operate oxygen, acetylene torch.
• Rebuild gearboxes.
• Troubleshoot PLC’s.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits, switches, relays, connectors, motors etc.
• Troubleshoot Hydraulic Systems.
• Troubleshoot Pneumatic Systems.
• Troubleshoot Mechanical Problems.
• Operate Mill, Lathe, drill presses to fabricate various items related to Industrial maintenance needs.
• Ability to operate a forklift, man lift, scissor lift.
• Basic electrical knowledge a plus.
• Facility and facility support equipment training or experience, a plus.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical school training in the form of certified courses, technical degree or related experience.
• 2 years prior experience as a full-time maintenance mechanic or related field.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Rarely lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Facility and facility support equipment training or experience, a plus.
