Job Summary:

Ruggable is looking for an amazing Maintenance Manager to join our team in sunny Los Angeles. We are looking for someone with previous maintenance experience, who is ready to skyrocket their career! As our Maintenance Manager, you will take ownership of our facility in Los Angeles. You will manage day-to-day facility operations by ensuring all of our equipment is operating in good health and working cross functionally with other teams. In addition to daily maintenance you will have the opportunity to identify areas of improvement and help build best practices. You will be the go to person for all maintenance needs within your facility. If you are an ambitious self starter, eager to join an exciting team please read on!

What You'll Do:

• Manage 2 maintenance supervisors and ~15 hourly staff
• Coordinate equipment and building repairs
• Monitoring equipment and asset performance
• Maintain adequate inventory of operations equipment and order items as necessary, managing overall budget
• Communicate building and team needs to management
• Evaluate the safety protocols followed at the production facility, organize safety training for employees and report problems to management
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and standards (e.g., OSHA, city of Gardena etc.)

What You'll Need to Have:

• 4+ years experience in maintenance
• Manufacturing experience required
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Understanding of warehouse, electrical, HVAC and mechanical systems
• OSHA certification a plus
• Supervisory experience a plus
• BONUS POINTS: Previous textile industry experience
