Maintenance Groundskeeper

General Function: To ensure that all aspects of maintenance, i.e., landscaping, grounds, vehicles, structures, equipment, etc. are maintained in a thorough and timely manner within the resort grounds.
General Maintenance

• Ensures resort grounds are maintained to company and agency health and safety standards. (Will include tree trimming and yard maintenance)
• Must have experience with commercial weed-eaters, chain saws, lawnmowers, blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.
• Helps with trash pick-up throughout the resort. Maintains trash barrels - keep area around trash enclosures neat and clean
• Performs necessary repairs as needed and/or directed for the following: Resort buildings and some sprinkler repair

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:

• Minimum high school education is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• General maintenance experience.
• Basic plumbing and carpentry experience.
• Basic knowledge of operating and maintaining lawn mowers, weed eaters and chainsaws
• Ability to operate and maintain a company vehicle required.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean 3-year history, and no DUI within the past 10 years.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
