QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic construction and repair experience
• Working knowledge in electrical, plumbing, plaster, painting and general maintenance
• Ability to interact with the Residents with respect and dignity
• Ability to multi task
• Previous experience in large commercial building a plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the general cleanliness and sanitation of the facility as well as the safety and well-being of the residents and facility structure and its contents
• Periodically tours facility and grounds, examines doors, windows, and ensure proper working order
• Report any unusual conditions or malfunction of heating, plumbing and electrical systems or any other incidents
• Other duties as needed

• Cooperate with employees, supervisors, residents and visitors
• Recognize, accept, and respect people as individuals
• Maintain positive and professional attitude
• Maintain professional appearance
