Maintenance Director

Looking for a plant operations pro. Prior skilled nursing home experience is preferred.

The ideal individual will have a solid working knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, building and healthcare regs and codes, etc. The successful candidate will also be a team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.
