Job Summary:
The Maintenance Coordinator assists customers by providing maintenance services, with the highest standards of professionalism and customer excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure appearance and cleanliness of showroom at all times.
  • Maintains notes and files throughout the construction process to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Coordinates the scheduling of appointments.
  • Liaises with trades and construction teams for production issues, problems, and discontinued products and find solutions.
  • Completes on-site inspections when required to monitor progress of installation and address any issues that might arise.
  • General warehouse duties and delivery of product.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Polished and professional in manner and appearance.
  • Ability to read design plans a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in fast paced environment.
  • Hands on light maintenance, mainly electrical fixtures.
  • Good driving record.
Education and Experience:

  • High school or equivalent
  • 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Previous experience in a design gallery, retail or customer service a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
