About the Role

Our ideal candidate will be a highly organized self-starter who enjoys multitasking and communicating with all levels of the organization and has the ability to handle confidential information.

As the mail processor, you will:

• Collect, organize, and distribute mail twice per week at our Santa Ana Headquarters location
• Ensure that all incoming mail is scanned and electronically distributed to the appropriate recipients
• Print and send outgoing mail to the appropriate mail carrier (e.g., USPS dropbox, 1st class mail, etc.)
• Organize physical mail to put into the storage room, and organize digital mail folders
• Part-time, flexible hours totaling 6 hours per week
• Semi monthly gross pay of $240

We’re Seeking Professionals with/who:

• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
• Are located near Santa Ana headquarters with the ability to be on-site for job duties two non-consecutive days per week
• Are passionate about mental healthcare
• High School/GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
