Machine Shop Supervisor

Metal Fabricating job shop looking for a machine shop supervisor. Experience needed in supervising in a low volume/high variety job shop atmosphere. Experience needed in setting up and running manual lathes, CNC turning centers, Manual milling machines, CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers, manual and CNC band saws. Small, medium and large part machining experience needed. CNC programming experience a plus. Fanuc control familiarity required and ability to debug programs and set up machine via it’s control. Experience in the machining of larger parts and weldments required. Supervisor would be in charge of approximately 15 employees and leading the department for a smooth flow of parts, with acceptable quality, within budget, produced on time and within set schedules.

Compensation commensurate with experience

Pay: From $37.50 per hour
