Machine Programmer/Operator

Hart Industries is looking for a full-time machine Programmer/Operator to join our expanding team. Located in the city of Sterling Heights, Hart Industries specializes in CNC Machining and outsourcing solutions. Working as a strategic partner, Hart Industries delivers precision machined component parts with the highest quality, on time. We are looking for a reliable, eager, hardworking individual who is good with time management.

Job Responsibilities

• 50% programming/50% operating
• Independent program writing using Master Cam and M&G Code
• Set up and operation of Fadal and Haas milling machines to make parts per customer requirements
• Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices to check the program and quality of work
• Maintain quality and safety of work environment

Job Qualifications:

• Experience with Master Cam
• Experience programming Fadal and Hass Machines
• Ability to conduct a Quality Inspection
• Work in a fast-paced environment with fast-changing priorities
• Ability to lift heavy material and stand for long periods of time

Minimal training- We are a busy shop looking for someone who is ready to jump right in and show us what they are capable of.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
