Machine Operator/Production

This is a manufacturing job at a company that manufacturers Industrial Ceramic Products

Employment Duties for Include:

-Material and Batch mixing and preparation

-Operation of Machinery for Product Formation

-Product Finishing

-Product spray and hand glazing

-Drier and Kiln loading and Unloading

-Product Inspection and Packaging

-Use of band saws, table saws, surface grinders

Previously acquired machine shop or ceramic manufacturing skills are helpful to learning employment duties. Previously acquired Material batch operators, batch mixing, and press operators, and extrusion operators have skills that are helpful to learning employment duties.

This is a 55 hour week position that is NOT temporary or seasonal. Many of our employees have been with us for 10-25 years and all of our manufacturing employees work 55 plus hours per week.

New employees will have a quarterly reviews for progress during their first year of employment and semi-annual reviews for progress during their second year of employment.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
