Machine Operator (Bindery)

Starting Rate: $22.33 an hour for day shift with shift differential for night shift.

Location: We have 3 locations in Harrisonburg. This position is at our South plant at 1025 Willow Spring Road.

As a Machine Operator in the bindery, you will:

• set up, adjust and operate binding machinery
• inspect equipment for safety issues
• monitor quality, throughput and productivity
• maintain accuracy of reports, records and paperwork

What you bring to the table:

• Ability to lift and carry 50 to 75 pounds
• Previous multi-function machine operating experience
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
