Machine Operator - 1st And 2nd Shift - Full Time - Dallas, TX 75237

Job Details: Introduction: This position starts at $16.50 + .35 cent shift differential for B shift per hour with overtime. We have open positions on 1st & 2nd Shift for various Machine Operator positions. Offering $1000.00 dollars sign-on bonus paid out after the completion of 6 months of employment WE PROVIDE ON THE JOB TRAINING! Job Duties:

• Required to operate touch illustrated operating panel, safeties, and switches
• Small mechanical adjustments
• Use handheld scanner
• Visually inspect product for any deficiencies
• Required to set up and tear down area at the beginning and end of processing
• Must be able to visually inspect product for any deficiencies
• Perform repetitive movements
• Perform any other work as assigned by supervisor
• Perform general housekeeping duties in the department
• May need to operate forklift
• Must be able to work with different spices.
• Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF Requirements
• Must perform all positions of rotation, if applicable. May use SAP if transferred /rotated

Requirements:

• Successful candidate must possess 3 months of work history with the same employer
• Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed
• Must be able to read and write
• Computer skills (if applicable)
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift heavy items
• Must be able to reach high and low levels, frequently
• Ability to flex/grip with wrist/hands frequently
• Ability to climb step ladders and or stairs
• Must be able to stand on hard surface for up to 10 hours per day
• Ability to solve simple math
• Ability to work in cold and damp environment
• Lock out Training is required
• Must be able to become Forklift Certified (if applicable)
