Luxury Apartment Leasing Agent

Experienced leasing specialist for a class A coastal community in Redondo Beach CA. Previous experience in apartment leasing is required. Familiarity with YARDI management software preferred but not required. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with interested renters. Frequent tours of vacant units to interested renters. Managing ads on Zillow, Apartments.com etc. Answering in bound calls and setting appointments for in bound leads. Assisting with vendors for issues that may arise at the complex. Assisting the lead manager in additional tasks that may need to be completed. Commission bonuses available per lease!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Property leasing: 2 years (Preferred)
