LPN/Medical Assistant - Mesaba Clinic

Overview: LPN or MA for specialty care in a clinic setting.
Serves as a clinical and organizational resource to the Clinic Providers and Support Services in coordinating the delivery of nursing care.Responsibilities/Job Description:

• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibits excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize patient care needs.
• Capable of functioning under pressure and in stressful situations.
• Gives, receives and analyzes information, articulates goals and action plans. Demonstrates ability to make sound decisions, function independently and prioritize patient care needs.

Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota LPN Licensure or current Minnesota MA Certification (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
• Current BLS certification or attends BLS class within six months of employment, and maintains certification.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
