We are seeking a LPN/RN Pediatric Home Care to bring experience and value to our team!

Summary:

The Pediatric LPN/RN provides in home care for medically fragile children. Care needed for a patient in the Boise, ID area. This is a wonderful opportunity to build a relationship while maintaining your patient's care and comfort, preventing hospitalization.

Schedules available:

• Attend FT school hours with patient beginning in the Fall (M-F approx 8am-3pm.) 20 hrs/week during summer
• 8 or 12 hour night shifts
• M-F up to full time, occasional weekend day if needed

Education:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing

Licenses/Certification:

• Current RN/LPN License (ID or Compact.)
• Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain
• Licensed drive with an insured automobile in good working order

Experience:

• 6+ months RN experience preferred. Will consider new grads for right fit

Responsibilities:

• Provide highest quality of in home care to pediatric patients
• Document care performed and observations of patient status
• Communicate with patient's family and physician
