LPN II

Responsibilities: Performs delegated acts to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, for example; medication administration, direct patient care and BGM. Provides and documents nursing care to patients in accordance with the Medical Plan of Care, Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, Critical Pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies/Standard work. Performs any other job related duties as requested by Supervisor or Department Director.

Special Qualifications: Licensed to practice as a LPN in South Carolina.

Material and Equipment used: Routine nursing supplies, selective medications, instruments, equipment, and treatment devices specific to assigned patient population.
