LPN (as Needed) - Med/Surg Unit (Dillon Campus)

• The Licensed Practical Nurses may supervise Nursing Assistants or Technicians assigned to patients under his/her care.
• The Licensed Practical Nurse contributes to the nursing process through data collection, completion of nursing interventions, and input into the plan of care.
• Perform direct patient care for adolescent, adult and geriatric patient with a wide variety of medical/surgical conditions.

Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education:

• At least 3 yrs LPN experience required
• BLS (issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
• Graduate of a Practical Nursing Program that meets the educational requirements for P.N. licensure
• Current unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse license to practice in South Carolina

Work Schedule:

• PRN (coverage as needed to work various shifts)
