Loss Prevention Auditor

Lams Plus is looking for a part-time Auditor who will work under the direction of the Loss Prevention Manager to protect the company assets through auditing, Loss Prevention and security methods in accordance with all company policies and procedures.

Please note this is a part time position, 16-hours a week including weekends.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Physically audit merchandise in the warehouse for accuracy and completeness.
• Performs access control functions at the DC including vehicle and pedestrian.
• Monitors CCTV and alarm system inputs and responds accordingly.
• Maintains the integrity of the facility and performs security-related functions when necessary.
• Communicates consistently with D.C.L.P. Manager and other D.C.L.P personnel to promote efficient coordination and performance of LP efforts.
• Monitors the facility’s parking lot to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Works cooperatively with others to maintain accuracy and productivity goals.
• Puts safety at the forefront and adheres to all company policies and procedures regarding safety.
• Maintains a neat work area and consistently carries out assigned housekeeping duties.
• Participates in continuous process improvements.
• Performs other tasks/duties as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Read and write English legibly
• Basic math skills including measuring and documenting dimensions
• High school diploma or equivalent, detail oriented and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain training certification for the burden carrier.
• Ability to continuously lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Work in extreme temperature environments in a warehouse environment for extended periods of time.
