Do you like working in a fast-paced environment? No 2 days are the same! Well then step into the role of a Logistics Project Manager within the Generation division overseeing strategic general cargo logistics for the North and Latin America service organization. From tendering RFQ’s for logistics, to helping find a way to ship large pieces of equipment urgently to finding cost savings and working with multiple industry wide transport carriers, this position will not be boring!

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Strategically support the Generation Service NA & LA businesses with logistics

• Find logistics cost savings opportunities

• Support and implement the utilization of the SE LOG corporate tools within the Generation Service functions

• Mentor and help improve in-depth logistics knowledge of colleagues within Generation Service.

• Support development and improvement of logistics and transportation process

• Provide market research and balance scorecards reports to internal customers

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of progressive logistics and transportation experience in supporting a global OEM, Power firm, or project forwarder/carrier.

• Demonstrated direct experience in planning and execution of transportation logistics

• Demonstrated success and depth of experience in project management, preparation and execution of all modes of transportation.

• Experience with domestic and international logistics regulations and safety standards

• Strategic mindset and team player

• Communicate clearly and concisely information or data to non-technical associates, peers, and management.
• Knowledge in Incoterms.
• Experience within project logistics service providers.
• Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.
• Attention to detail.

Through our Generation division, we enhance and innovate conventional and renewable power supply. Currently, we're reducing carbon emissions of existing assets and developing technologies that transform power generation applications.
