YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As the Logistics Manager for Zegna, you will aid in facilitating and establishing priorities as needed to provide optimal service to our US boutiques as well as our customers.

Reporting directly to the COO, you will manage the external warehouse's daily activities and workflow volume relating to transferring, receiving, and shipping goods.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop a functional relationship with our third-party warehouse
  • Communicate with supply chain, customer service in Italy and freight forwarders to optimize shipping activities
  • Supervise Warehouse Operations and Distribution Coordinators
  • Communicate with salespeople and customer service in the showroom with respect to deliveries and shipments
  • Review customer routing guides and technology standards and ensure Zegna is compliant or obtain exemptions from requirements as necessary in conjunction with Sales Team
  • Analyze and manage distribution violations and chargebacks, initiating corrective actions as needed
  • Provide reporting and analysis as needed for shipping activities and corporate projects
  • Review daily reporting to monitor shipping and billing flow
  • Prepare for and conduct warehouse and showroom inventories

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
  • Logistics and Warehouse Management Systems background required
  • Strong communication, organizational and follow-through skills
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Excel, AS400
  • Experience in floor ready initiatives and retail compliance a plus
  • English and Italian language (preferred)
