Logistic Supervisor- Breinigsville, PA

The Security Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the activities of the Security shift and all Officers on it, they will ensure all employees are on post and have all necessary equipment and uniforms. They will Supervise programs and processes to ensure smooth operations. Review staffing levels to maintain full coverage of posts, cover call-offs in real-time, and provide detailed staffing reports to the Account Manager. Delegate authority and assign responsibilities. Investigate incidents and/or complaints and compile data for accurate reporting.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Military Experience Preferred

• Must conduct oneself in a professional and efficient manner during interaction with people.
• Must have integrity and a basic desire to protect and serve.

• Must be able to work any shift including weekend, night, and holidays; and/or work extended hours if required.
• Must be self-motivated and willing to work with others.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain Officer Uniform/Workplace standards
• Assists in the supervision of Security Officers on the assigned shift.
• Responsible for ensuring the proper execution of Officers assigned duties.
• Trains new officers/Retrain when necessary.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities including scheduling when required, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Maintains a professional departmental, company and community reputation by ensuring compliance with all Metro One/WSI Standards.
• Maintains regular, consistent attendance record
• Maintains Knowledgeable of and adheres to all rules and regulations, policies, and orders.
• Interacts with all Security Officers and Associates in a professional manner.
• Interacts with/coordinates local law enforcement agencies, contractors/outside vendors as required.
• Attends, and satisfactorily completes all required training as assigned and required and ensures Security Officers maintain training/Certification Standards
• Performs other duties as assigned.
