About the Job

Wash N’ Roll is a fast paced company with 8 locations in the Austin area. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team and help our company continue to grow.

Managers are responsible for:

• Maintaining the functionality and cleanliness of the tunnel/site.
• Training and enforcing the company policies and procedures.
• Forming and leading a motivated and knowledgeable team.
• Tracking / Achieving daily, weekly and monthly goals (varies by location.)
• Office duties such as hiring, interviewing, scheduling, payroll, etc.

Managers will need to:

• Work outside in various weather conditions.
• Be on your feet for the majority of the day.
• Be available to field phone calls/messages from staff members and head to the location in case of an emergency.
• Resolve customer complaints and employee issues in a professional manner.

Salary: $22 per hour plus daily tips, a monthly bonus (depending on performance) and ACC tuition reimbursement.

• Leander, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
