$10,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time!

Pay:

0.66 cpm (avg 2300 miles/wk) - increase 0.01 cpm yearly up to 0.68 cpm
$25 stop pay (7 - 8 stops per week on average)
Training: 1 week paid $250 per day
Drivers able to run for other Dedicated accounts in the area when customer is slow (average 1 day every 2-3 weeks)
Average of $5,800 per year for off account work.
$1,816 weekly avg
$95,000 yearly avg - Top earners make $110,000 yearly

Time off / Shift:

Drivers will be out on the road for 2 days at a time.
Work week is Sunday-Thursday
Drivers will leave out Sunday between 0700-1000
Driver will typically be home at least 2 nights during the week dependent on freight mix, in addition to the 34 hour reset
Start times vary throughout the week. Will have to be flexible and do some late starts and overnight driving when needed
Driver will work 11 hour days on average

Driver PTO: Immediately (1.5 hours per week), 6th Anniversary (2.3hours per week), 19th Anniversary (3 hours per week)
Drivers are paid $200 holiday pay for 6 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day & 4th of July)
Drivers are off on Christmas & Thanksgiving

Special requirements:

Trailers are preloaded
Driver unloads freight using 60% electric pallet jack and 40% manual pallet jack -- Some pallets weigh 3500 lbs
All store deliveries are driver unload and will require the driver to use both dry van or lift gate trailers, along with manual or electric pallet jacks
Backhauls are not driver unload
Cannot take the truck home
No slip seating
No pets
