Lobby Bartender PT- Weekends & Evenings

Bartenders keep the drinks and conversations flowing by mixing the perfect cocktails, serving the coldest beers and accurately paring wine. Keep the bar stocked and clean while providing the best possible service. Create a safe and energetic atmosphere for our guests and teammates.

Summary of essential job functions:

Promptly greet EVERY guest with a warm and friendly smile. Welcome them to venue.

Follow recipes for our signature drinks.

Enforcing state and/or our alcohol guidelines.

Collect proper payment for each check.

Ensure that proper alcohol measurements are utilized in accordance to restaurant rules for mixing drinks.

Maintain Bar Cleanliness.

Be knowledgeable about the Hotel/Islands. You will be asked a lot of questions from our guests.

Abilities Required:

Stand for a long period.

Work a double shift if needed.

Lift up to 50 lbs.

Weekends and holidays are a must.
