Loan Processor / Customer Service

Max Cash™, owned by Tradition Media Group LLC, is an exclusive agency that uses a large network of lenders to help customers access title loan services. Tradition Media Group is the largest title loan processor in the nation.

Max Cash is looking for an energetic and friendly team player with a passion for helping people in need. This person is not afraid of acquiring new skills and stepping out of their comfort zone.

No contact center experience is necessary, but we would prefer someone who has experience delivering top-notch customer service.

If you have the will to succeed, we will provide you with the skills and tools necessary to do so. Our team has a strong core that we are looking to build on so we can continue to exceed the expectations of our customers and partners.

You will be part of a team dedicated to helping customers find the best title loan option based on their circumstances. You’ll connect with these customers online and over the phone using our exclusive software that tracks our customers and their progress toward obtaining their loan. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are key to thriving in our fast-paced environment.

There is no cold calling. All of our leads come from customers who have inquired about obtaining a title loan.

Job Types: Full-time, part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Hours of operation:

Monday to Friday: 6am – 7pm

Saturday and Sunday 7am - 4pm
