Pay Range: $28.37/hour - $31.25/hour, based on experience
Classification: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Job Responsibilities:

Perform loan analysis at a moderate-level, including researching and resolving situations on a case-by-case basis. Review and verify data such as income, credit, appraisal, title insurance, etc. to ensure information is complete before it is sent to Underwriting. Ensure any critical changes, which require re-disclosures have been accurately notated.

  • Review loan applications and credit memos, and resolve outstanding/potential issues
  • Work in partnership with Credit Analysts and Lenders to coordinate loan information and documents for clients
  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory compliance and take compliance-related actions including disclosures, right to cancel, and flood
  • Prepare closing documents for commercial and consumer loans ensuring documentation is accurate and sufficient to protect the bank's interests
  • Maintain current knowledge of documentation as it relates to securing collateral for a variety of types including deeds of trust/mortgages, UCC, investment assets and life insurance
  • Order and review title commitments and follow up on title policies
  • Maintain current knowledge of, and comply with, all applicable laws and regulations, policies and procedures

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance or accounting (or equivalent experience) preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in loan operations or financial analysis
  • Intermediate-level familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to communicate clearly to various levels within the organization
  • High level of critical thinking and attention to detail
