In Relationship Management Team Support, we document, process and underwrite both residential and commercial loans. We provide exceptional client service to internal and external partners. We support our Relationship Managers in all aspects of the loan process to ensure that we are delivering a seamless lending experience to our clients.


ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do as a Loan Admin Associate:
  • Set up new loan files: gather loan documents from clients; prepare completed loan packages for review by Executive Managing Director
  • Manage special projects, including drafting thank you letters, maintaining gift inventory, preparing gifts to send to clients, preparing client mailing lists for special events
  • Order office supplies, submit work order requests for Castro team
  • Handle incoming phone calls for EMD
  • Directly interface with team members on Castro team and in associated departments
