Loader/Unloader

We are a rapidly-growing e-comm company headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale FL. We are looking for seriously hardworking, "beast-mode" lumpers to start with us ASAP in our Plainfield location. We are not churn-and-burn, so we are hoping to hire long-term, career-minded individuals that are looking to grow their careers with us. Hours: must have open availability for day shifts as we are open 7 days

Responsibilities and Duties

· Moving freight into and out of trailers in a timely manner; handling the freight manually, or using a forklift/hand truck

· Palletizing & shelving inbound merchandise

· Operating a pallet jack as needed

· Maintain clean working areas

· Perform other duties as required

Qualifications and Skills

· Stand, bend, reach, and move continuously Be on your feet and move for at least 8 hours/day

· Frequently lift 30 - 50-pound boxes and occasionally 50 - 100+ pounds when unloading and sorting pallets

· Comfortable and motivated by a fast-paced environment

· Able to perform strenuous labor for extended periods

· Must be punctual and have excellent attendance

· English and Spanish Bilingual a plus

· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Basic English reading, writing, and mathematical skills
