The Living Donor Outreach Coordinator is responsible for providing education about living donation to the community, transplant candidates, and healthcare providers. This role serves to facilitate access to information regarding living kidney donation through formal and informal outreach events. The Living Donor Outreach Coordinator is responsible for face-to-face interactions with potential donors, transplant candidates, and community healthcare providers to improve understanding and availability of the living donation process. The Living Donor Outreach Coordinator is also responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.
QualificationsRequired Skills
Current RN license from the State of Florida, BSN, minimum of 2 years of dialysis experience OR current certification as a CCTN (Certified Clinical Transplant Nurse) OR CCTC (Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator).
