Job Description
We are seeking fun, outgoing, and high-energy individuals to join our team as part-time and/or full-time Line Cook. The Line Cook must be able to works weekends, nights and holidays. The requirements/functions of the position may change over the course of employment.
As a Line Cook, you will:
- Work in a professional, best-in-class kitchen with a passionate team of cooks
- Create dishes, fresh from scratch, every single shift
- Master a wide range of cooking techniques while learning from the pros
- Stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Continuously bend, reach, twist and use your hands and arms
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
- Clean up the station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Must have someone with at least 3 year of line cook experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
