Line Cook/Prep Cook - $15/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to)

• Prepare food in adherence with Otter’s Chicken policy and standards.
• Handle and prepare food in a sanitary manner.
• Keep work area clean and sanitize work surfaces after food preparation.
• Responsible for avoiding food waste.
• Responsible for care of food service equipment.
• Work cooperatively with communicatively with front of house staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis
• Detail orientated
• Able to multi-task
• Work well independently and in a team environment
