RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to)
- Prepare food in adherence with Otter’s Chicken policy and standards.
- Handle and prepare food in a sanitary manner.
- Keep work area clean and sanitize work surfaces after food preparation.
- Responsible for avoiding food waste.
- Responsible for care of food service equipment.
- Work cooperatively with communicatively with front of house staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis
- Detail orientated
- Able to multi-task
- Work well independently and in a team environment
