Line Cook / Prep Cook

The Burger Life in Naperville, IL is looking for a possible long-term candidate to join our strong close-knit team. We are located on 1570 W Ogden Ave Ste 101. Responsibilities

*Oversee food safety handling and sanitation practices for kitchen staff *Prepare dishes to customer preferences *Plan and delegate food preparation and cooking tasks to the team *Train and develop cooks as needed *Efficiently work with team members towards providing the best product possible *Ability to analyze and solve problems within the fast-paced environment

Qualifications

*Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills *Positive and professional attitude *Ability to remain organized, clean and focused *Ability to multitask effectively *Strong verbal communication skills *Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate the team *Relevant food safety and handling certificate *Experience as a chef is a plus *Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
