Job Description

Lead Line Cook
Griddle cook needed for small restaurant near FIU. Friendly family environment. Ideal candidate would have prior kitchen and flattop griddle experience. Duties include cutting, cooking meats and vegetables, plating, cleaning up and helping with everyday operations.

Forty hours a week. Work 4 days a week with 3 days off.

Salary based on experience.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
