We are looking for a Go to Market Specialist for the Life Sciences vertical to support the sales team and our growth objectives. Sensitech is poised for growth as we support supply chain monitoring of Covid-19 vaccine shipments and broader pharmaceutical and medical device shipments. Sensitech has spent 30 years finding new ways to bring supply chain visibility and cold chain monitoring to companies to ensure quality, security and logistics performance. Sensitech helps companies reduce risk, assure product integrity, maintain compliance and improve performance across global, complex supply chains.
We are seeking a Go to Market Specialist who is a self-starter, ready to play a critical role in developing and executing our Life Sciences Go to Market vision. Our key target markets include: Vaccines, Pharmaceutical Biologics, Clinical Trials, Cell & Gene Therapies, Medical Devices, and more. A fast learner will pick up terminology and key positioning on the job.
This position will partner with key internal functions across sales and marketing. Your focus will be developing powerful storytelling content and visuals for end customers in support of sales and business development. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about storytelling, and has experience translating complex information into clear and compelling content across many platforms for global audiences. Our content needs to be relevant for different Life Sciences markets through our social media, blogs, website, digital demand generation, and in support of go-to-market content. You will help drive go to market commercialization through sales support and customer engaging content. This position will contribute to sales support working with corporate communications materials creation and updates, including data sheets, event presentations, case studies and press releases.
The successful candidate will be a contributor who has experience with digital demand generation driving qualified inside sales prospects in a global B2B business setting. You will also have the chance to research target audiences and analyze our customer segments. You will partner with our Corporate Marketing Group who will execute across our various channels and our Sales Operations & Contracts Group. You will report to the Senior Product Marketing Manager of Life Sciences.
Our office location is in Beverly, MA. Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals marketing is desirable but not required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a comparable field; along with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in roles in sales or marketing or related fields in a B2B setting or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate ability to identify and develop compelling marketing stories, tied closely to sales effectiveness.
- Provide outstanding written, storytelling and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to use digital marketing tools to develop B2B leads, continuously increasing effectiveness based on results.
- Be team oriented, have learning agility, able to work well under pressure, prioritize and manage expectations across several projects
- Be skilled in organization and problem-solving with strong attention to detail
- Have some experience using salesforce.com or other marketing automation tools for lead generation, and social media platforms (including Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Outlook, Word/PowerPoint, and Excel.
