Job Description

We SERVE families by providing the best products and concepts in the Insurance and Financial Services Industry. Our agents LISTEN attentively to determine client needs while employing high levels of professionalism, care and urgency.

We seek both Licensed and Unlicensed sales professionals to join our family-owned Insurance and Financial Services Agency. You will become part of the TEAM, working alongside some of the best professionals in the business, who lead by example and follow our proven sales system. Most agents earn $120,000 to $140,000 per year and our top Agents make over $200,000 per year.

Our Insurance Agents engage in the following:

• Set appointments with clients who express interest in protecting their families with one of our Top-Rated insurance programs.
• Meet with clients through online video conferencing or over the phone. An agent may occasionally choose to meet with a client in-person.
• Pre-qualify and complete the initial application for selected products and services.
• Submit completed applications to our various insurance carriers and follow them through the approval process.
• Provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service to our families in need!

Requirements:

• 1- 2 years of Sales OR Insurance Experience is preferred
• Willingness and passion to learn.
• Ability to obtain your state Life and Health Insurance licenses (If you do not already possess them)
• Reliable internet and cell phone service
• Computer or laptop with webcam for video conferencing
• A desire to help others and place client needs first. You must hold yourself to a high standard. operate with utmost integrity and have fun getting the work done!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $90,000-$130,000 per year

Schedule for Full-Time/Fully committed partners:

• Monday thru Friday
• Occasional Saturday Mornings

Work Location:

• Work 100% from your home office
• Join an office location in one of our many metro areas if you prefer an office environment. This, however, is not required
• Attend annual meetings for all Life and Health Agents, Financial Services

Professionals
Work Remotely:

• 100% if desired
