Compensation: Comission Position $60,000-$150,000 REALISTICALLY

Responsibilities

Take live calls from motivated active buyers currently looking for a home. Start out working with buyers and move to working with sellers. Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, to ensure a smooth home buying process.

Our agents typically go under contract with their first transaction in less than 30 days! We will help you accomplish this.

Qualifications:

Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with solid phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone. Strong desire to help people.

Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate sales and a goal-oriented personality.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset.

Real estate license required. Please do not apply unless you are finished with RE School and have a date to test with the state.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
